Minutes of October 2004 Volunteer Meeting

The second meeting of 2004-2005 was held 10/18/04 at Bethesda Senior Center. There were eleven people in attendance.

All the venues now have managers. Al will have instructions for the managers at the next meeting. The bowling managers were not in attendance, so locations have not been established.

Entry fees $10 and $5 extra will be imposed if application is received after deadline. (This date will be announced later.)

Help is needed for donations and goody bags—contact Al for letters now.

It was suggested that maps be available for the different locations of venues. Is was agreed upon.

A certificate of participation was requested for athletes and was agreed upon.

The next meeting is November 15 at 10 am and all revenue managers and interested parties will need to attend.
